About the CPC certification programme

This certification programme has been developed for coaches, consultants or CSC Faculty members.

This hybrid learning programme enables you to learn about the background of the CSP and the eight Coaching Postures so you can deliver an effective Coaching Postures Feedback session using the Coaching Postures Report, to your clients, whether they are already coaches, or not.

This Coaching Postures Report is based on the same question bank as the Coaching Signatures Profile (the CSP) but focusses specifically on the eight Coaching Postures

It is ideal for coaches or consultants, who may be new to the CSP and would like to discover their 'natural' Coaching Posture.

How to access this programme

Path 1 - Supported by an Accredited Coaching Signatures Supervisor (ACSS), which includes an agreed number of hours of online support, one training licence and Dialogue for Final Certification.  To help guide you on which ACSS you would like to work with, please get in touch with Patti to discuss further.

Path 2 - Self supported includes one training licence and Dialogue for Final Certification.
This Path 2 involves the learner completing the online content independently up to the point where they need to arrange an ACSS for the developmental dialogue

Path 3 - Fully Supported by CSC Limited Includes up to one full day of online support, one training licence and Dialogue for Final Certification.

Overview of the steps to certification

The flowchart below highlights the key aspects of this programme for all paths.
The key difference between paths is that the Self Supported option has no ACSS or CSC input until the dialogue stage.

  • Begin with online learning, work with a client and deliver a Coaching Postures Report feedback session.
  • Then complete a short Reflective Assignment which you will self-assess.
  • Finally, engage in a 1:1 dialogue with an ACSS to ensure you are 'Ready to practice'.
  • Final certification.
