This stretching and stimulating, programme is delivered in multiple 2 hour virtual sessions, either on a one-to-one or small group basis.

There is ample thinking time built in for reflective exploration together of the supervisory process.

Throughout the programme, reflective/reflexive learning journaling is required along with the submission of an assignment (2000 words) themed on ‘My Development as a Supervisor’.
