This stretching and stimulating, programme is delivered in ten x 2 hour virtual sessions which is delivered either on a one to one or small group basis.

There is ample thinking time built in for reflective exploration together of the supervisory process.

Throughout the programme, reflective/reflexive learning journaling is required along with the submission of an assignment (2000 words) themed on ‘My Development as a Supervisor’.
